Welcome. I am here to support your well-being during all stages of your life; I particularly enjoy supporting people who are pregnant and families with young children. I work in the mornings and afternoons, Monday through Saturday. I do not take same day appointments.
You can book online at the link below for appointments at 1005 Cook St, Victoria BC (Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays). You can also contact me at 1 (250) 777-2576 to book by phone. Please note that this office space is only accessible by one and a half flights of stairs.

I also offer mobile (in-home) massage therapy appointments in and around Victoria BC. Appointments are reserved for people who face barriers to attending appointments at my office, such as parents caring for infants or young children, people living with significant pain or with challenges to their mobility, or people living in assisted living or long term care facilities. In-home appointments must be booked by phone at 1 (250) 777-2576.
I acknowledge with gratitude the lək̓ʷəŋən People, known today as the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations, on whose traditional lands I live, work, and play.

about me
I’m here to listen to the story of your body’s aches and pains, especially those that just won’t seem to go away, no matter what you try to do to fix them. As an RMT in BC, I am trained to use hands-on methods to assess and treat soft tissues and joints. I approach my treatments with an understanding that pain is a complex and personal experience. I have great respect for the intricacy and depth of the nervous system. I focus my continuing education on the science of pain and on how to best support you as you improve, maintain, or regain physical function in your daily life.
I studied at Victoria BC’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2018. I am a Practising member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC) and an Active member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of BC (RMTBC).

communicable disease prevention
I have protocols in place to reduce the risk of transmission of communicable diseases such as the virus that causes COVID-19. Protocols will remain in line with guidance provided by the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. Due to the hands-on nature of massage therapy treatment, the risk of communicable disease transmission cannot be reduced to zero. You can complete the BC COVID-19 Symptom Self-Assessment Tool here. You can call 8-1-1 for public health guidance if the online tool does not provide you with sufficient information. You can learn about COVID-19 testing here.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call me at 1 (250) 777-2576. Stay well.
